Olen Mahaffey of Saginaw, grandfather of the prospective groom, will officiate the ceremony at the Oak Grove Methodist Church in Decatur.

Fiftieth wedding anniversary Sept. 2, 2005
Thomas and Marjorie Maxwell of Fort Worth will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005, with a pot-luck dinner hosted by Tracy and Julie Maxwell from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Handley Meadowbrook Lion’s Club.
Maxwell and the former Marjorie Parker were married Sept. 2, 1955, at Handley Baptist Church in Fort Worth. A retired principal, coach and referee, he still serves as a substitute principal. She is a former school teacher. Thomas Maxwell is a Mason and received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from North Texas State University. Marjorie Maxwell received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Wesleyan College in Fort Worth.
He is a member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the National Education Association and the Southern Football Officials Association, the Southern Basketball Officials Association and the Texas State Teachers Association.
Their children are Tracy Maxwell of Fort Worth, Jeff Maxwell of Greenwood and the late Matthew Maxwell.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Vicky Chesna of Rockwall and the late Debby Chesna.
The groom is the son of David McClendon of Boyd, and Doyla and Tom Fisher of Hope, Ark.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin A-line dress with beaded, sleeveless bodice and a white veil and carried a bouquet of white roses.
Lindsay Kirklin of Pearland was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Miller of Royse City, sister of the bride, Bonnie Menges of Lexington, Ky., Elizabeth Zapata of Houston, Jami Burns of Weatherford, sister of the groom and Erin Tedrow of North Richland Hills.
Best man was Brandon Tedrow of North Richland Hills. Groomsmen were Ryan Reynolds of College Station, Daniel Lilly of Grapevine, Bryan Jones of California, Todd Hall of Spring and Seth Gibson of Houston.
Ushers were cousins of the groom, Matt Tackel of Fort Worth, Robert Gillock and Russell Gillock, both of Trophy Club, and Smitty Grubbs of College Station and Michael Robbins of Abilene.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin gown with cathedral-length train. Her gown and veil were accented with crystal beads and seed pearls.
Maid of honor was Jennifer Boland of Denton, cousin of the bride. Matron of honor was Brittney Cox of McKinney. Bridesmaids were Susan Gillespie, Ashlee Hale, Chelsea Long and Lanie Nivens.
Flower girl was Rhyan Read, cousin of the bride; and ringbearer was Jake Berry, nephew of the bride.
Best man was David White of Lumberton, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jeff Berry, brother of the bride, Tony Hussey, cousin of the groom, Billy Krause, Keith McGinnis and Joel Robinson.

The bride is the daughter of Anita Alvey of Fort Worth and the late Rodger Alvey.
The groom is the son of David and Cheryl Mosley of Decatur.
Escorted by her grandfather, the bride wore a white one-piece corset a-line gown with asymmetrical wrap. The bodice was accented with white embroidery and beading.
Her cathedral-length veil was held in place by a pearl headpiece. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white roses.
Matron of honor was Alisha Alvey-Birch of Fort Worth, sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Katherine Grube of Irving, sister of the bride. The honor attendants wore black satin dresses and carried hand-tied bouquets of pink roses.
The best man was Bart Mosley of Decatur, brother of the groom. Groomsman was Craig Stevenson of Odessa, brother-in-law of the groom.
Ushers were Craig Birch of Fort Worth and Steve Grube of Irving, brothers-in-law of the bride, and Brandon Turner of Decatur.
Soloist Chris Richards of Mansfield sang “I Will Be Here” and “When God Made You.”
A reception was hosted by the bride’s mother at the church.
The bride is a graduate of Haltom High School and is employed by Wise County Messenger Office Supply.

The bride is the daughter of Randy Trammell of Fort Worth and Dane and Cindy Phillips of North Richland Hills. She is the granddaughter of Patricia Baccus of Arlington, Patsy Gaylon of Golden and Barbara Phillips of Keller.
The groom is the son of Ron and Pam Northcutt of Keller. He is the grandson of C.P. Smith of Alvord and Betty Northcutt of Sunset.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin and organza gown featuring a side-drape ruffled edge accented with beaded embroidery and chapel-length train. Her veil was accented with pearls and crocheted flowers. She carried a bouquet of white roses, fall greenery and baby’s breath.
The maid of honor was Sarah Phillips. Bridesmaids were Ciara Hartman, Jennifer Beauchamp, Michelle Livaudais and Melissa Trammell.
Best men were Michael Hartman and David Merrell. Groomsmen were Jeff Gibson, Heath Jenkins and Derek Trammell.
Flowergirl was Ashlynn Northcutt and ring bearer was Zion Trammell. The houseparty included Carina Voirin, Lesly Lammons, Cindy Pylant and Caitlin Pylant.
A buffet reception followed the ceremony where there was music and a disc jockey.
Following a honeymoon to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple lives in Fort Worth.

The groom is the son of Velma Parson of Alvord and the late Karl Parson.
Escorted by her son, James Holcomb of Wichita Falls, the bride wore a cream two-piece suit with a lace, Western-style, jacket. She carried a bouquet of long-stemed roses and calla lilies in fall colors.
Maid of honor was Michele Holcomb, daughter of the bride. Bridesmaid was Kelli Holcomb, daughter-in-law of the bride.
The honor attendants wore pale green gowns with silver threaded jackets. They each carried a single terra cotta calla lily.
Flower girls were Jenna Holcomb of Wichita Falls, daughter of James and Kelli Holcomb, Anna Pflaster of Temple, daughter of Sharon Pflaster and Elyse Maxwell of Denton, daughter of John and Jennifer Maxwell.
Best man was James Slocom of Alvord, nephew of the groom. Groomsman was Cameron Parson of Alvord, grandson of the groom.
Ushers were Joshua and Jimmy Holcomb of Wichita Falls, grandsons of the bride, Matthew Holcomb of Gladewater, grandson of the bride, and Joey Reneau of Alvord, nephew of the groom.
Guest book attendants were Kristen and Erin Leyton, both of Joshua. Organist was Jan Skingel of Joshua. Soloist was Charles Willoughby of Cleburne.
A reception hosted by both families was held at the church following the ceremony. Family members were servers.
The bride is a graduate of Westminster High School in Westminster, Calif., and Goldenwest College in Santa Ana, Calif. She is employed at Beauty Gallery in Cleburne as a hair stylist.

The bride is the daughter of Jamie and Arminda Enriquez of Boyd.
The groom is the son of Juan and Maria Patiño of Bridgeport.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a three-piece strapless satin gown with lace, beading and embroidery. Her headpiece was a waist-length veil with beaded and sequined trim. She carried a bouquet of red and white roses.
Maid of honor was Melisa Enriquez, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Samantha Webster and Lindsay Foster, both of Boyd, and Janie and JoAnna Patiño of Bridgeport, both sisters of the groom. The honor attendants wore red A-line gowns with spaghetti-strap halters that featured beads and sequins at the necklines and waists. They carried bouquets of red and white roses.
Flower girls were Teresa Huerta of Bridgeport, niece of the groom, daughter of Octario and Juana Huerta; Jessica Avila of Amarillo, daughter of Armando and Laura Avila; Izamar Galaviz of Lawton, Okla., daughter of Cesar and Diana Galaviz; and Brianna Frias of Lawton, daughter of Ivan and Claudia Frias.

Clarence and Lillian Pennartz of Decatur celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Oct. 1 with a dinner hosted by their children at the Decatur Civic Center.
Clarence Pennartz and the former Lillian Decker were married Oct. 2, 1965, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Rhineland.
Clarence was a carpenter for 30 years and owner of Pennartz Dairy for 40 years. Lillian graduated from Draughms Business School and worked as a stenographer for Texaco before becoming a homemaker. She returned to work for 16 years at the Denton State School, from which she retired.
They are members of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Decatur.
They have eight children, Ann Penny and husband, Lindsey, of Georgetown, Mary Gaucher and husband, Daniel, of Manchester, N.H., Tony Pennartz and wife, Shelley, of Alvord, Bryan Pennartz and wife, Nikki, of Irving, Craig Pennartz and wife, Melissa, of Decatur, Darrin Pennartz and wife, Becky, of Plano, Gale Pennartz and Christopher Pennartz, both of Denton; and 15 grandchildren.

Raven and the former Peggy Joan Buffington were married May 28, 1955, in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Reed Buffington in Decatur. The Rev. R.E. Bell performed the ceremony. Carrole Fisher was best man and Mrs. C.E. Mouser was matron of honor.
Raven is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a retired engineer from Vaught Aircraft. Peggy is a graduate of the University of Texas. They lived in Arlington for many years before retiring to Lake Bridgeport. They have three sons, Tim and his wife, Judy, and Barry, of the Metroplex area, and Greg of Plantation, Fla.

Sam and Bobbie Rector of Decatur will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 26 with a family dinner at Saltgrass Steak House hosted by their children.
Sam Rector and the former Bobbie Lewter were married June 26, 1955, at the First United Methodist Church in Sanger.
They are both graduates of Sanger High School and members of Bell Baptist Church.
Bobbie graduated from North Texas State College, now the University of North Texas, and taught for 32 years. She retired in 1991 after teaching fourth grade in Decatur for 26 years.
Sam graduated from Texas A&M University and NTSC. He taught vocational agriculture for 39 years. He retired in 1991 after 23 years with Decatur Independent School District. He also attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and was a pastor for 30 years. He retired from Bell Baptist Church in 1998 after 28 years.
They have four children, Dale Rector and wife, Mary Lynn, of Crowley, Mark Rector and wife, Susan, of Paradise, Lee Ann Arrington and husband, Mitch, of Bridgeport, and Rhonda Enis and husband, Curtis, of Alvord; and nine grandchildren, Lacie and Ryan Rector, Taylor and Haley Rector, Lindsey, Emily and Blake Arrington and Whitney and Logan Enis.

The groom is the son of Dwight and Donna Reeves of Decatur.
Escorted by her stepfather, the bride wore a sleeveless, corseted dress with a hug-the-shoulder neckline. The bodice was embellished with Venice lace and beading, laced up the back and had a basque waistline. The shirred satin skirt was also accented with beaded Venice lace and had a cathedral train. Her headpiece was a silver and crystal tiara with fingertip-length veil.
She carried a cascading bouquet of yellow roses, bluebonnets, solidego, blue delphinium, purple statice, wax flower, misty blue, hot pink asters and greenery.
Matron of honor was Shawn Bailey of Cleburne. Bridesmatrons were Debbie Ison of Allen and Shelby Ivy of Ponder, cousin of the bride. Honor attendants wore ice blue, floor-length, sleeveless dresses. The satin bodices were adorned with embroidered flowers and beading and laced up the back. The skirts had an overlay of chiffon. They carried nosegays that matched the bride’s bouquet.
Flower girl was Mariah Kirbie of Alvord, daughter of Mark and Amber Kirbie. Ring bearer was Dawson Allen of Oklahoma, cousin of the groom.
Best man was Mark Kirbie of Alvord. Groomsmen were Ryan Gaskie of Arlington, Nathanial Smith and Brian Bean, both of Decatur. Ushers were Casey Carter of Sanger and Clay Carter of Denton.
Guest book attendants were Sarah Reeves of Munday and Kirsten Allen of Denton, cousins of the groom. Organist was Nanci Nellis of Decatur. Soloists were Dana Schmitt of Illinois, cousin of the groom, and Shelby Ivy.

Andrea Nicole Harbour and Rich Lee Russell Jr., both of Santa Barbara, Calif., were married Oct. 10, 2004, at Governors Harbour in Eluthera, Bahamas. A magistrate and the groom’s father, Richard Russell, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Ben Harbour and Robin Harbour, both of Decatur.
The groom is the son of Richard and Ronnie Russell of New Cuayma and Carpinteria, Calif.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a Monique Lhuillier dress and blue topaz, diamond and white gold chandelier earrings.
The matron of honor was Judy Patton of Santa Cruz, Calif. Bridesmaid was Tara Russell of Flower Mound, sister-in-law of the groom. The honor attendants wore short blue and turquoise dresses.
Best man was Ryan Russell of Flower Mound, brother of the groom. Groomsman was Jacob Harbour of Decatur, brother of the bride.
Flower girl was Makayla Skye Russell of Flower Mound, daughter of Ryan and Tara Russell, niece of the groom. Soloist was Brenda Lee.
A reception was held at Tippys on the beach at Governors Harbour.
The bride graduated from Decatur High School in 1995 and Westmont College in Montecito, Calif. in 1999. She is an art director.
The groom graduated from New Cuyama High School in 1989 and Westmont College in 1993. He is a production coordinator and director of television commercials.
Following a honeymoon to St. Martin and Barbuda, the couple will live in Summerland, Calif.

Danelle Marie Huebner of Alvord married Richardo Macias Sandate of Alvord on Oct. 15, 2005, at the First United Methodist Church in Decatur. Dr. Tommy Brumett officiated the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Julie Huebner of Justin and the groom is the son of Ricardo and Peggy Sandate of Decatur.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless white satin gown with chapel length split train with organza and pearl inset, hand beaded and embroidered hem with organza lace and pearls. She wore a fingertip double layered veil with hand sewn crystal edge, held by a crystal tiara comb.
She carried a nosegay of white roses and stephanotis with a satin and pearl wrap.
Deena Huebner of Alvord was her sister’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Crystal Watkins of Bridgeport, Monica Hess of Fort Worth, Mary Gonzalez of Decatur, sister of the groom, Lindsi Edwards of Decatur and Andrea Perez of Alvord. Junior bridesmaid was Rylee Grace of Waukee, Iowa, cousin of the bride.
Attendants wore apple-colored floor length satin strapless gowns with hand beaded rhinestone bodice accents and wrap a-line skirts. The maid of honor carried a nosegay of red roses and orange Calla lilies with a fall colored mix. The bridesmaids carried nosegays of mixed shades of red roses.
Flower girls were Trinity Grace of Altoona, Iowa, cousin of the bride and Brianna Gonzalez of Decatur, niece of the groom. They wore white satin and organza dresses with apple satin ribbons.
Calvin Ford of Decatur, nephew of the groom, and Hunter Grace of Altoona, cousin of the bride, were ringbearers.
Charlie Sandate of Alvord was his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Philip Bridgeman, Jamie Guzman and Philip Smith, all of Alvord; Drew Huebner of Justin, brother of the bride and Roy Guzman of Denton. Junior attendant was Andrew Grace, cousin of the bride.
Monica Mann of Bridgeport was guest book attendant. Pianist and translator was Mary Simmons and organist was Nanci Nellis of Alvord.
The bride’s parents hosted a reception following the ceremony at Sunshine Celebrations in Paradise. The house party included Richard and Michelle Mesler and Linda Fuller, all of Paradise; Jane Grace of Altoona, aunt of the bride and Yolanda Sandate of Decatur, aunt of the groom.
Following a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., the couple lives in Alvord.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Bridgeport High School and attends the University of North Texas, majoring in elementary education. The groom is a 1998 graduate of Alvord High School and is employed by Martin Marietta in Chico.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin A-line dress with halter-style bodice, featuring a flower adornment at the waist and a sweep train. She wore a waterfall elbow length veil with corded edge. She carried a red spray of roses with hypericum berries and evergreens wrapped with red velvet ribbon.
Alea Peña of Decatur was her sister’s matron of honor. Brittany Sutherland of Canton, sister of the groom, was bridesmatron. They wore ruched chiffon overlay halter bodices with beaded trim and long A-line skirts with chiffon overlay in apple red. They carried red spray roses adorned with miniature pinecones and evergreen, tied with silver ribbon. Junior bridesmaid Madeline Peña, niece of the bride of Decatur, wore an apple red floor length satin ball gown with spaghetti straps and chiffon drape front.
Hayden Sutherland, nephew of the groom and son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Sutherland of Canton, was ringbearer. Bryan Lucas of Fort Worth was best man. Richard Reed of Fort Worth was groomsman. Howard Pena of Decatur, brother-in-law of the bride, and Kevin Sutherland of Canton, brother-in-law of the groom, were ushers.

Murl and Betty Stafford of Briar will celebrate their fortieth wedding anniversary Saturday, April 23, with a come and go reception hosted by Dale and Sheila Campbell with their family and friends from 2 to 4 p.m. at Briar Church of Christ.
Stafford married the former Betty Ford at the Briar Church of Christ April 23, 1965.
They have a daughter, Sheila Campbell and husband, Dale, of Tyler; and two grandchildren, Abigail Rose and Mitchell Campbell.
Murl is semi-retired. He is employed by Home Depot in Euless.
Betty is employed as a medical laboratory technologist for Harris Methodist Northwest in Azle.
They are both members of the Briar Church of Christ.

Stokes and the former Wilma Tipping of Blooming Grove married April 8, 1955, in El Paso, at Highland Park Methodist Church. Both graduated from what is now Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. They are retired educators. He taught math at O.D. Wyatt High School in Fort Worth and Trinity High School in Euless; she taught first grade at Stonegate Elementary School in Bedford. He served in the U.S. Army in Texas, South Dakota and Japan during the Korean War and spent 22 years in the Air Force Reserve.
They are members of Bell Baptist Church in Decatur and enjoy traveling.
The couple’s three children and their spouses are Cathy Lawren Jensen of Mansfield, Loys and Cherisse Stokes of Decatur, and Stacie and Tom Willuhn of Arlington. They have 10 grandchildren.

The bride is the daughter of Marty and Michelle Bush of Boyd.
The groom is the son of John Michael Sullivan and Donna Fuller of Granbury.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a gown made by her mother, using ivory satin and the vintage lace from the wedding dress worn by the bride’s great aunt, Sandy Harrison, in 1960. The veil also was made by her mother. The gown and veil were trimmed with antique pearl accents. Lace appliqués on the veil came from her aunt Denise Moore’s bridal veil. Both the bride’s mother and aunt wore the original lace dress in the 1980s.
The bride’s flowers were a mix of fall colors.
Matron of honor was Ashley Proa of Denton. Maid of honor was Jayme Marrs of Boyd. Bridesmatrons were Laine Cawthon of Boyd and Mandi Mottern of Stephenville. Bridesmaids were Jessica Browning of Boyd, Jodie Sullivan, the groom’s sister, of Granbury and Meagan Lawlis, the bride’s cousin, of Southlake.
Honor attendants wore dark green satin gowns each accented with a different fall color. All bridesmaids’ and flower girls’ dresses were made by the bride’s mother.
Best man was Travis Kress of Granbury. Attending the best man was Nick Claunch, the groom’s brother, of Fort Worth. Groomsmen were Kane Lindsey of Granbury and Joseph and Matthew Bush, the bride’s brothers, of Boyd.

The full A-line skirt had an organza overlay and chapel-length train. The bride wore flowers in her hair. She carried a cascade of vandella roses, stephenotis, mini calla lilies, Italian ruscus, English ivy and viburnum.
Maid of honor was Katy Kemp, sister of the bride, of College Station. Bridesmaids were Ashly Coker and Carla Summers, sister of the groom, both of Decatur, and Chelsea Brady of Whitesboro, cousin of the groom.
Bridesmaids carried nosegays of coral, green and white carnations, roses and viburnum. The maid of honor wore a tea-length organdy dress in coral with a starlight hem in ivory and a mid-waist ribbon, also in ivory. The other bridesmaids wore a tea-length organdy dress in coral with matching coral starlight hem and mid-waist ribbon.
Flower girls were Sarah Miller, cousin of the groom and daughter of Wayne and Kim Miller of Justin, and Madison Miller, cousin of the groom and daughter of Bill and Tarri Miller of Arlington.
Best man was Curtis Erickson of San Marcos. Also attending the groom were Clint Summers, brother of the groom, and Kyle Kemp, brother of the bride, both of Decatur, and Beau Brady, cousin of the groom, of Whitesboro. They also served as ushers.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white dress and veil. She carried a bouquet of roses.
Lindsey McGar of Decatur, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Heather McGar and Whitney McGar, both cousins of the bride, and Brandi White, the bride’s niece, all of Decatur. Flower girl was the bride’s cousin, Macy McGar, daughter of Jerry and Judy McGar.
Mike White, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Jim White and Scott White, brothers of the groom, and Cody White, nephew of the groom, all of Decatur. Clayton McGar of Decatur, brother of the groom, was ring bearer.
Ushers were Brandon McGar and Cody White, both of Decatur.
A reception was held at Sunshine Celebrations.
The bride is a graduate of Decatur High School and is employed by Wise County Medical and Surgical Association.
The groom is also a Decatur High School graduate. He is employed by Classic Lawn Care.
Following a honeymoon in Oklahoma, the couple live in Decatur.

Tonya Leane Foster and Benjamin Basil Wilbanks, both of Decatur, were married May 28, 2005, at Central Fellowship Church of Christ in Decatur. Michael Armour, uncle of the groom, officiated the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Barbara Foster of Decatur and the late Alvin Foster.
The groom is the son of Fred and Judy Freeman of Duncanville and Bob Wilbanks of Mineola.
Escorted by her twin brothers, James Johnson of Decatur and Jay Johnson of Tyler, the bride wore a strapless white gown with a cathedral-length train embellished with embroidery. Her headpiece was a rhinestone tiarra with a fingertip-length veil. She carried a bouquet of red roses with baby’s breath.
Maid of honor was Cecilia Pickinpaugh of Pine Bluffs, Wyo. Bridesmaids were Traci Chambless of Bridgeport and Lisa Winter of Whitesboro. They wore floor-length black dresses with spaghetti straps and black shawls trimmed in leopard print. Their black shoes had clear heels and were adorned with rhinestones. They carried bouquets of red roses with baby’s breath made by Anna Avila of Canyon, cousin of the bride, and Linda Foster of Amarillo, aunt of the bride.
Flowergirl was Heather Avila of Canyon, cousin of the bride, daughter of Ramon and Anna Avila. Candle lighters were the twin brothers of the bride. Ringbearer was Brendon Johnson of Bridgeport, nephew of the bride, son of Jay Johnson of Tyler and Michelle Combs of Bridgeport.
Best man was Joe Chapman of Decatur. Groomsmen were Anthony Patterson of Wichita Falls and Brent Dunn of Plano.
Ushers were Parker Johnson of Decatur, nephew of the bride, and Eric Fox of Alvord, cousin of the bride. Guestbook attendant was Jessica Saiz of Canyon, cousin of the bride.
The family of the bride hosted a reception at the church. Servers were Lisa Thweatt of Alvord, aunt of the bride, and Angie Chapman of Decatur.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Decatur High School and attended Tarrant County College. She is employed by Bishop Orthodontics.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of MacArthur High School in Irving. He attended Abilene Christian University and the University of North Texas. He is employed by Wal-Mart.
Following a honeymoon in Weston, Fla., the couple lives in Decatur.

The bride is the daughter of Pam Martin of Paradise and Les and Charlene Martin of Nocona. She is the granddaughter of Derrell and Margaret Smith of Paradise and Harold and Pat McAlvain of Nocona.
The groom is the son of Jimmy and Freda Winters of Saginaw. He is the grandson of Robert and Shirley Winters of Oklahoma City, Okla.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin sheath A-line gown with sheer beaded lace back and neckline, pleated back and trumpet skirt. She carried a bouquet of Casablanca lilies and purple roses.
Bridesmaids were Leah Brazier and Angela Munn, cousins of the bride. They wore gowns of Victorian lilac satin and carried bouquets of purple roses matching the bride’s bouquet.
Flower girl was Ashlyn Winters, daughter of the bride and groom. She wore an ivory satin A-line gown with beaded empire bodice and hem.
The groomsmen were Jimmy Winters Jr., brother of the groom, and John Martin, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Garrett Winters, son of the groom. They all wore black tux jackets, white shirts with bow ties and khaki shorts with leather flip-flops.
Guestbook attendants were Felica Munn, cousin of the bride, and Loren Gonzales, niece of the groom. Pianist was Sherita Wesley of Decatur and soloist was Felicia Simpson of Paradise.
The reception immediately followed with dinner, dancing and karaoke. The house party included Melissa McElhaney, Teresa King, Shelly Thompson, Jackie Winters and Brandy Boydston.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Paradise High School and works for Dr. Robert Snow in Decatur.
The groom works for ATS Drilling in Fort Worth.

The bride is the daughter of Ronnie and Erin Bridgeman of Paradise and Danny and Carol Wells of Decatur. She is the granddaughter of Flossie Bridgeman of Sunset and Nadine Greer of Fort Worth.
The groom is the son of Larry and Keta York of Snyder. He is the grandson of Wanda York of Snyder and Dell Ray and Joy Helms of Rotan.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white gown of layered chiffon that had an empire waist and sweeping train accented with pearls and aurora borealis rhinestones. Her headpiece was a pearl and rhinestone tiara and fingertip-length veil trimmed with rhinestones. She carried a bouquet of peach, yellow, burgundy and orange Gerbera daisies.
Matron of honor was Melissa Statsny of Decatur. She wore a long, indigo blue gown and carried a smaller bouquet that matched the bride’s.
Best man was Larry York of Snyder, father of the groom.
A reception was hosted by the bride’s parents at the home of Dell Ray and Joy Helms of Rotan, grandparents of the groom.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of Decatur High School and is employed by Patterson UTI Drilling in Bridgeport.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Snyder High School and is co-owner of York Tank Trucks in Paradise.
